Emma’s background began in marketing at the Cambridge University Press where she gained her CIM qualification, followed by a move to Premier Holidays where she worked as Marketing Manager for over 10 years.
As Client Services Director, Emma heads up the day-to-day management of the studio and works closely with project management, creative, and developer colleagues to ensure we deliver excellent work.
Emma gets to know all the clients at Aajogo and is often the first person clients speak to about their project. Emma has an excellent understanding of what’s possible in digital and will support clients from understanding their initial requirements to celebrating the successful delivery of their project.
Emma has extensive experience in project management and is a PRINCE2 certified practitioner.
Emma joined the BIMA 100 class of 2020 in the Client Services and Project Management category. The BIMA 100 recognises the British digital industry’s most influential, pioneering, and change-making people.
In August 2023, Emma completed a 12-month management programme to achieve accreditation from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Outside of work Emma is a Trustee of The Elizabeth Coteman Fund (a charity run by her family to support those suffering from Pancreatic Cancer) and was a parent governor for two years at a local primary school.
